My Approach

You may be coming to therapy because you're struggling with something that feels difficult to understand or change. Perhaps you feel anxious, low or overwhelmed, have difficulties in your relationships, or find yourself caught in patterns that you keep repeating despite wanting things to be different. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, questions around identity, and more complex emotional and relational difficulties. I offer both short- and long-term therapy, with sessions available in English or French.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, exploring both your current experiences and the emotional and relational patterns beneath them. I also draw on CBT and ACT when helpful, tailoring therapy to your needs. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

About Me

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and final-year doctoral trainee counselling psychologist. My experience spans specialist NHS services, suicide prevention and private practice, where I have worked with complex mental health difficulties, acute emotional distress and relational concerns.

I have trained to work with a wide range of mental health difficulties. My specialist interests include anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, relationship and personality difficulties, low self-esteem and identity concerns, psychological distress related to physical health, and existential questions around meaning and direction in life.
