I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor practising in Limehouse, close to both Mile End and Canary Wharf. I offer therapy for both individuals and couples. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life and relationships.
I use Transactional Analysis (TA) as my main theoretical framework from a relational perspective. TA can assist in understanding why we may get stuck in repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour.
Research indicates that the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client.
I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed, informal way so we can talk. I help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.
Originally form Australia, I have lived in London for more than 25 years, and practised as a therapist since 2012.
I am a member of both the BACP and UKCP and adhere to their code of ethics.
I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, self-confidence. I am committed to ethical and non discriminatory practice and welcome clients of all faiths, identities, cultures and sexualities.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
