About Me

I thought I would never need therapy. I was the managing director of a successful company. I had always been fine. Suddenly life got tough and I found myself in crisis.

At first I looked for quick fixes but these led only to more confusion. Eventually I found the help I needed from psychotherapy. My mind opened to the value of speaking, being heard and understood. The results transformed my life. I commenced years of re-training in psychotherapy, sex therapy, couples counselling and relationship therapy and started a new career in psychotherapy, offering my services to clients both individual and couples.

I am a registered Psychotherapist specialising in Couples Counselling and Sexual and Relationship Therapy for Couples and Individuals. I have a busy private practice in Sussex and London.
