My Approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my approach to meet each clients unique needs. This can be adapted as we evolve through the therapeutic process together.

Through therapy I will help you gain deeper self-awareness, develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve relationships, promote personal growth and address any underlying issues contributing to the current difficulties in your life. Many of our emotional and psychological problems are rooted in past experiences or unresolved conflicts. Therapy can help to uncover and address these.

I will work collaboratively with you to explore patterns, behaviours, and emotional experiences that may be negatively impacting your mental health. The therapeutic relationship is incredibly important, therefore together we will create a space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

About Me

I am an accredited psychotherapist working with adults (18+) online.

I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges by fostering a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental space. I have over 5 years experience working in a variety of settings including the NHS and private healthcare.

I work with

  • Individuals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have specialist interest and experience in supporting individuals struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating. I believe it is incredibly important to uncover and address the deeper emotional roots of the eating disorder in order to figure out a way forward. Wether you have a formal diagnosis or are simply feeling stuck in your relationship with food, your body or yourself, I offer a safe space to explore what is going on. Together we can begin to make sense of patterns and behaviours that may have developed as a way of coping, and gently work towards new and healthier ways to cope.
I am incredibly passionate about supporting women through the perinatal period, from pregnancy, through to birth, and the often complex transition into motherhood. My approach is that every perinatal journey is unique therefore I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches. Wether you are having trouble processing a difficult birth, navigating a huge identity shift or feeling isolated and anxious, therapy can help support you in making sense of your experience, reconnecting with yourself and finding a sense of stability in what can feel a very unstable time
