About Me

About me: I am an experienced and fully qualified UKCP accredited and BACP registered psychotherapist with experience of working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression and difficulties in everyday relationships.

Our work can help you deal with difficult thoughts and feelings you may be going through. We can also explore any past problems and experinces that may now have resurfaced for you, working through whatever it is that troubles you safely, securely and confidentially.

My approach: Our work can be long term, short term or open ended. I work with whatever emotional distress you may be going through, or whatever else you need to make sense of. Together, we work through this in an open, sensitive and private setting. I believe a respectful, safe and authentic relationship between client and therapist is key to meaningful therapeutic work.

With you, I aim to explore and reflect on your life on your terms, in a way that means something to you. This approach aims to look at how you feel in everyday life, what your relationships with other people are like and also how you feel about yourself. I aim to work with you, person to person, respecting your individuality and identity, so you can feel truly listened to.

Next steps: You’re welcome to phone or email me to ask any questions you may have and arrange an initial session. Together we can work through and explore what challenges you, working out what could be different, and how you could move on again in your life.

I am an accredited member of the UKCP and a registered member of the BACP, as well as a member of the Society for existential analysis (SEA), part of the Constructivist and Existential college of the UKCP. I have the following qualifications:

Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy, Regent’s University
Certificate, British Infertility Counselling Association
MA Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regent's University
Certificate in Counselling, Regent's University
My seven years of study include further training in bereavement, trauma & loss, infertility and assisted reproduction, and addiction.

Muswell Hill: £85 for each individual session, our initial meeting will be £45.

Concessions: I offer a number of lower cost places for those on low incomes at £50.
