Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
Using an eclectic and transdiagnostic method of treatment I can offer therapeutic work for a variety of anxiety -related problems such as GAD (worry), social phobia, specific phobias and PTSD
Having worked therapeutically since 2002 and for the last 15 years in primary care mental health I have worked with depression in all its forms and specialise in working with low self-esteem using both dynamic interpersonal, psychodynamic and CBT modalities.
From 2009-2015 I worked as a psychological well-being practitioner with a wide variety of clients from many different cultural backgrounds. Much of this work was related to exam or work-related stress. I have also worked extensively with family and relationship based stress and am able to approach this from an holistic or specific direction
