A big part of my work is supporting people who’ve been through trauma — including PTSD and complex PTSD. This might come from a difficult childhood, sexual assault, abuse, or domestic violence. I also have a lot of experience helping people through challenges with their mental health, including when life feels unbearable or when thoughts of suicide come up.
I also work with men around issues like porn addiction, chemsex, and other areas related to sex and relationships — providing a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly.
Alongside individual therapy, I support people and couples with relationship challenges — things like communication struggles, trust issues, or just feeling disconnected. I will support you to figure out what’s going on and how to move forward.
I’m happy to invoice organisations, charities, and companies that fund therapy or supervision for their employees or volunteers. I enjoy supporting people in the workplace and helping teams feel more connected and supported.
Hi, I’m Mark — I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and group facilitator. I work online, offering one-to-one therapy, relationship support, group sessions, and facilitation for workshops and trainings.
I’m also in the final stages of a UKCP-accredited supervision training, and I currently offer online supervision to individuals, groups, and teams. Whether you're a therapist, facilitator, or part of a team looking for reflective support, I’m here to help.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
