About Me

I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, issues around spirituality, grief, abuse, moving on from the past.
As an experienced Arts Psychotherapist I offer the additional option of using various creative approaches which many people find very helpful in shedding light on difficult issues (you do not have to be at all artistic to make use of this.). I am based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (which has good rail and road links), and work both long and short term, depending on the needs of the client.
