My Approach

I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your experiences. My approach is holistic and tailored to the needs of each individual. Alongside talking therapy, I work with dreams and creative imagination, using visualisations and drawings. I also work with sandtrays, which provide a unique way to evoke both conscious and unconscious memories.

I work both in English and French and offer weekly therapy sessions. My fees are available upon request.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

In my adult practice, I work with clients who seek support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, lack of meaning, fear, trauma, neurodiversity, identity crises, life transitions, relationship and family difficulties, parenting challenges, loss, ambiguous loss, and complex grief.
In addition to my private practice, I have gained extensive experience in the voluntary sector, working with several charities, including HomeStart (offering support to new parents), Maytree (a sanctuary for suicidal individuals), The Caravan (a drop-in and counselling service at St James’s church on Picadilly), Women and Health (a low-cost counselling service in Camden), and FreshStart (a low-cost counselling service in Westminster). Through this work, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, often in crisis or high-need situations, further developing my compassionate and responsive care skills. My experience in these settings has strengthened my ability to work flexibly and collaboratively, ensuring clients receive the support they need in challenging circumstances.
I am an experienced child, adolescent and family psychotherapist, working in various settings, including schools and agencies. I support young persons processing trauma, loss, ambiguous loss and complex grief or going through parental separation. I also support young individuals experiencing otherness due to their religion, culture, race, socioeconomic differences and neurodiversity. I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, loneliness and emptiness. I guide adolescents who find the transition to adulthood challenging and may sometimes engage in destructive or self-harming behaviours.
Couples come to therapy at many stages — in crisis, feeling stuck in recurring conflicts, or simply wanting to deepen their bond. Challenges may include emotional distance, unhelpful patterns, or life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, or children leaving home. Therapy helps partners understand the dynamics shaping their relationship, often rooted in past experiences, and uncover how these patterns affect their connection. Together, we explore new ways of relating that build empathy, closeness, and mutual support. A couples therapist is not a referee or judge. The aim is to provide a neutral, supportive space where both partners feel heard, focus on the relationship itself, and work toward shifting patterns to foster growth and connection.
I have in-depth experience working with complex and sensitive issues related to race, culture, religion, and other intersecting challenges.
