As a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to understand and address the complex dynamics that shape their relationships and experiences. With a deep understanding of the interconnected systems that influence our lives, I help clients identify and challenge patterns that may be contributing to distress or conflict.
Through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I support clients in exploring their relationships, communication styles, and emotional responses. By examining the ways in which family, social, and cultural contexts impact their lives, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop more effective strategies for navigating challenges.
My goal is to empower clients to build stronger, more resilient relationships and to cultivate a greater sense of empathy, understanding, and connection with themselves and others. With compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to social justice, I work to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards positive change.
I trained at The Tavistock Center as a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist. I and also a senior CAMHS Practitioner and have over 10 years of working with children and families.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
