Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Depression can be a dark and debilitating condition that can leave a person weak lost and in pain. I will support you through the process to understand your depression and to challenge the intrusive thoughts that can often lead to low moods and loneliness.
