I work using integrative approach, and am trained and qualified to provide systemic psychotherapy to families, couples and individuals.
I am a qualified Systemic Family Therapist with experience of working with children, young people, adults, couples and families across the NHS, voluntary sector and education settings. I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties, helping people develop greater understanding, improve communication and create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and rooted in curiosity. I aim to create a space where all members of a family feel heard, understood and valued. I work with families to explore how their past experiences, relationships and wider family histories have shaped who they are today, while reducing blame and helping people reconnect with their strengths, care and shared experiences.
I have specialist experience working within CAMHS neurodevelopmental services and have a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse children, young people and families. I also have a strong interest in working with couples from multicultural backgrounds, including international couples, and exploring how different cultures, values, migration and life experiences can influence relationships.
Originally from Poland, I am bilingual and offer therapy in both English and Polish. I value the richness that diversity brings to relationships and family life, while recognising the challenges that can come with navigating different identities, cultures and experiences.
Outside of my professional work, I am a keen dog person and enjoy music, cooking, yoga and spending time with my family.
