I am a UKCP-registered and fully accredited Hypno-Psychotherapist, Supervisor, and educator with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in creating meaningful and lasting change. Alongside my clinical work, I teach psychotherapy, supervise practitioners, and facilitate personal development and meditation programmes internationally.
Many people seek therapy because they find themselves repeating patterns that no longer serve them. These may include anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, procrastination, relationship difficulties, sleep problems, loss of confidence, phobias, or a general sense of feeling stuck. Often, these patterns have developed over many years and operate outside conscious awareness. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand these processes and develop more flexible and effective ways of responding.
My approach is integrative, drawing from hypno-psychotherapy, psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, mindfulness-based approaches, and contemporary neuroscience. I aim to provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
I have a particular interest in sleep, dreaming, and altered states of consciousness. Since 2010, I have taught meditation and personal development programmes to thousands of participants worldwide, developing a deep understanding of the relationship between conscious and unconscious processes. I work with clients experiencing insomnia, nightmares, recurring dreams, sleep anxiety, sleep paralysis, and other sleep-related difficulties, helping them improve both sleep quality and overall wellbeing.
I also support clients who wish to explore personal meaning, identity, purpose, creativity, and existential concerns. Whether the focus is symptom relief, personal growth, or deeper self-understanding, therapy can help develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility.
In addition to providing therapy, I offer professional supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, and other helping professionals. My supervisory approach combines clinical reflection, professional development, ethical awareness, and supportive challenge, creating a space where practitioners can deepen their effectiveness while maintaining their wellbeing.
I offer confidential therapy and supervision online and in person. Appointments are available during the daytime and evenings.
I have completed specialist training in online therapy and adhere to UKCP guidance and professional standards for online practice.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
