My Approach

My initial training (BA(hons)) was in Integrative Counselling, offering a variety of ways of working with clients. I have subsequently trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and advanced training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (MSc and CTA(p)). I also have extensive training specialising in working with trauma including PgDip Trauma Studies. I offer both individual, and some group therapy sessions. About Me

I am a Psychotherapist, Supervisor, and Trainer CTA(p) working in Winchester, and online. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of issues, and am particularly passionate about working with clients who have experienced early attachment disruption, trauma or abuse, including transgenerational / childhood / adulthood abuse, have a personality disorder diagnosis, experience dissociation / have a dissociative disorder, experience self harm or suicidal feeling, thoughts, or impulses.
