You look like you’re coping. But inside, something feels off. You might be overthinking everything, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, burnt out from holding too much for too long, questioning your direction, identity, or going through a period of change. Your life doesn’t follow a straight line. And you’re starting to realise the usual advice doesn’t quite fit. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we work to understand you. Together, we: make sense of your patterns; understand how your past experiences are shaping your present and build a way of living that works for you - not against you. So you can move on with clarity and choice.
I provide integrative therapy, informed by mind–body and trauma-aware approaches for women navigating anxiety, burnout, change, ADHD, trauma, loss and identity shifts. Sessions are online, offering a consistent, reflective space to build insight, resilience and healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation. In our work together, you’ll find a steady, safe space to untangle the roots of your anxiety, burnout, or identity shift. We uncover your “Wildcard” - the parts of you shaped by challenge that also hold hidden strengths. Together we create meaningful change.
You don’t have to keep figuring this out on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of things. I take a neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate approach where nothing about you is “too much” or needs to be fixed. If this resonates, this could be the right place to begin.
I am an HCPC-registered Chartered Psychologist and UKCP-accredited Clinical Psychotherapist, offering integrative, relational therapy for anxiety, burnout and change.
My practice is shaped by my own lived experience of business, motherhood and personal healing and is enriched by neurodivergent thinking. This allows me to bring both professional depth and embodied understanding to the therapeutic work.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
