My Approach

You’re a high-achieving woman, a professional or entrepreneur and a mother managing complex family demands - carrying high-responsibility at work and home. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed or burnt-out, navigating identity shifts linked to career, motherhood or perimenopause, neurodivergence, trauma, or loss. You may be parenting neurodiverse children, or having relationship struggles. You want thoughtful, depth-oriented support that fits the season of life you’re in, with weekly sessions during term time and a pause over school holidays.

I provide integrative therapy, informed by mind–body and trauma-aware approaches for high-responsibility women navigating overwhelm, ADHD, trauma, loss and identity shifts. Structured around the school year, sessions are online, offering a consistent, reflective space to build insight, resilience and healthier relationships with yourself and others.

My practice is shaped by my own experience of business, motherhood and healing and is enriched by neurodivergent thinking. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility at work and home while navigating ADHD, trauma, loss and identity shifts. This allows me to bring both professional depth and embodied understanding to the therapeutic work.

About Me

I offer online therapy for high-responsibility women, structured around the school year, provided by an HCPC-registered Psychologist.

I am an HCPC-registered Chartered Psychologist and UKCP-accredited Clinical Psychotherapist, offering integrative, relational therapy informed by mind–body and trauma-aware approaches.

I work with women navigating high responsibility, leadership and entrepreneurship, alongside motherhood, identity transitions and emotional overwhelm — supporting sustainable psychological change over time.

My practice is shaped by my own lived experience of business, motherhood and personal healing and is enriched by neurodivergent thinking. This allows me to bring both professional depth and embodied understanding to the therapeutic work.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

My lived experience of dyslexia, ADHD and parenting neurodivergent children informs my inclusive, compassionate approach.
Do you feel on edge, jittery or unable to sleep? Stress triggers an emotional fire alarm for impending danger. Anxiety is when we’re stuck in a state of hyper-vigilance and the alarm repeatedly goes off. What might happen if you could respond more appropriately to the situation you’re in?
I offer exclusively online therapy. This means all therapy is held in the comfort and convenience of your own space.
Are you stuck in a rut, repeating patterns or struggling with attachment? Early and significant relationships are essential for brain development and have consequences that impact our day-to-day lives. What might happen if you could understand why you think, feel and do what you do?
Has something happened to shake your sense of safety in the world? Survival depends on our neurobiological system regulating responses to our environment. Trauma overrides the system and can leave the body stuck in a state of terror. What might happen if you could process your pain and bring your body back to healthy regulation?
