About Me

I am a fully accredited sex and relationship therapist currently practicing in Southern Ireland, but maintaining links to the UK via teaching and trainings. I work with couples and individuals with sex and/or relationship difficulties. My style is integrative and includes psychodynamic thinking- understanding the relevance of childhood in relation to the presenting issues- and cognitive behavioural exercises if necessary
