About Me

I have a Post Graduate Diploma/MSc Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an EMDR accredited Practitioner. I have many years of experience working within the NHS. I am also a qualified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher.
