My Approach

My approach is collaborative, and integrative, drawing on relationship therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, CBT, and systemic approaches. I aim to create a respectful, non-judgemental space where we can explore both the emotional and physical aspects of intimacy, helping you better understand your experiences and develop meaningful and lasting change.

About Me

I am a COSRT Accredited, BACP registered Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, charities, and private practice. I support individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, differences in desire, intimacy concerns, sexual anxiety, pain during sex, erection or orgasm difficulties, changes following illness, and the impact of life transitions on sexual wellbeing.
Alongside my private practice, I work within the Psychosexual Therapy Service at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, supporting people whose relationships and sexual wellbeing have been affected by cancer and its treatment. I offer therapy online and in person in London.
