My Approach

If you are my client we'll look at what is going on in your life as we navigate your stories, relationships, emotions and patterns. I'm down to earth and practical, a steadying presence as we get to the heart of whatever it is that brings you to therapy and where you'd like to go from here.
I work in person in my comfortable therapy space, we can walk and talk in the countryside if that's your choice, or work online. I offer short term therapy and long term therapy.

About Me

I'm a widely experienced, fully qualified UKCP registered Integrative Relational Psychotherapist. I live in the Somerset countryside and am blessed to share my home with a number of animals including rescue hens, dogs and horses. I'm pragmatic and optimistic and an advocate of the wonderful changes we can bring about in our lives given the right support.
