I try to understand how things are for you and provide time for you to reflect on how you feel in the here and now. It can be helpful to consider the past in relation to how you feel about yourself and others. We can also explore how you might want to develop and grow in the future. This exploration is encouraged by me alongside checking the pace of our counselling sessions with you and, in time, working towards an ending.
