I offer an authentic therapeutic relationship for you to explore your feelings, emotions, thoughts and your current life situation in a safe space. I believe that through exploring and clarification of specific personal situations, feelings or emotions, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and our own needs.
As awareness increases, we can open up to the possibility of experiencing and feeling compassion for the aspects of ourselves we find hardest to accept and ultimately aid in healing. As we befriend more of ourselves we are likely to live our lives with more purpose, meaning and joy.
I am fully qualified Gestalt psychotherapist. I was drawn to Gestalt psychotherapy because of what I view as its integrative approach, with emphasis on increasing awareness, focusing on present feelings, thoughts and senses, and exploring ways of relating to ourselves and each other. Thanks to Gestalt training and my own experiences, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself and this ultimately has aided in my own healing. I enjoy being part of this journey of raising awareness with my clients and offering them support and guidance along the way in their own unique journeys and healing.
