You are facing life difficulties, unhappiness, anxieties, depressive feelings, relationship issues, sexual or existential struggles. You feel stuck or not fulfilled. You are facing a life situation requiring professional help.
Integrative Psychoanalysis or Group Analysis could help you better understand yourself and others as well as your psychological, emotional and somatic reactions. It could also help you unearth some of the root causes of these life issues and free yourself from the inner blockers preventing you from living a much more full and conscious life as well as developing a stronger sense of reality and self-esteem.
After you initiate a first contact either through telephone or email, we will arrange a few initial sessions to identify your needs and qualify the potential objectives of a therapeutic process between you and I. These initial sessions will also help me understand whether I am the right therapist for you and whether individual or group therapy will be more appropriate to address your needs.
Should we decide to work together, I will suggest a structure for our mutual engagement.
My role will be to support you through your therapeutic journey by listening and also by offering other views on your current and past life events.
I always keep the interactions with my clients fully confidential.
