My Approach

I am an Integrative relational Therapist. I understand that one therapeutic model does not fit all clients, therefore due to my extensive training, i can offer each client and individualised approach suited to their needs. Each session can vary dependant on what my client needs that week but my priority is always to support them in feeling as relaxed and empowered as possible whilst accessing therapy. I understand it can be very daunting process and aim to make this as easy as possible for both child and parent.

About Me

Hi, I'm Lauren and i'm a Child and Adolescent Therapist. I am currently working with 11-18 years old . I have eleven years experience working exclusively with adolescents. I have been the resident school therapist in two different high schools across Leeds and Bradford and now also work at The Retreat Clinics in York.

I have a BA (Hons) in Counselling and i followed this by returning to study for my four year diploma in Child and Young Person Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Child Psychotherapy.
