I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I offer a safe, judgement-free space for you to explore your experiences and feelings. It can be an ongoing issue that you or a young person has been suffering from, or, it may be a more recent concern. I am flexible and adaptable in my approach. I work with clients who have a wide range of experiences/difficulties, including; Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse, Anxiety & Depression, Suicide, Self-harm, Attachment difficulties, Addiction, Autism, Looked-After-Children, ADHD and Bereavement.
I am trained to work through a wide range of mediums including talking, play, drama and art. I have found that different methods suit each individual client and so we can explore together what works best for you. In addition, I am able to provide therapeutic groups and consultation and coaching for those working with vulnerable people.
I am an Integrative Therapist and I base my work on an empathic and boundaried foundation with a belief that a trusting relationship is crucial to any therapeutic progress. I believe that, as the client, you are the expert in your own experience and so your needs and wishes will always be held at the forefront of our work.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
