My Approach

Do you feel empty behind the face you show to the world? Do you struggle to identify what you want and need? If someone asks for your opinion, do you often think “I don’t know”?

Perhaps it’s difficult to make decisions, or you make ones that don’t feel right for you. You might compare yourself to others, but always come up short. Perhaps it feels as though the real you has got lost somewhere along the way.

What if you could get in touch with the parts of yourself that feel lost or buried? And what if those parts could guide what you really want for your life?

About Me

I aim to be a mirror to who you really are. Together, we will be curious about your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and what they might tell us about the real you. We will also look at what gets in the way of you connecting to a sense of self. In practice, this means a lot of talking(!). But, if it’s appropriate and if you agree, I’m also able to draw upon more creative methods of exploring who you are.

I'm an integrative psychotherapist and can work with a wide variety of challenges and issues. Ultimately, I enjoy helping people find a way to live that is more true to them.

I’ve been working with clients since 2018: first as a trainee psychotherapist in a voluntary capacity and, from 2023, as a qualified psychotherapist. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a lawyer in a public institution and in private practice in the City of London.
