I have a relational, collaborative, creative and embodied approach, rooted in Psychodrama but also integrating other theoretical approaches, such as Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Systemic Thinking and Ecopsychology.
At the heart of all my work is a trust and belief that we all have an innate capacity for growth and healing, helped (or hindered) by our relationships (with ourselves, each other, nature/more-than-human). My work is to offer you a therapuetic or supervisory relationship within which you can feel safe enough to share, explore, reflect, learn and grow.
I bring warmth, compassion, experience, curiosity and creativity to my work as well as an ongoing commitment to ethical practice, attending to my own ongoing learning and development, and reflection on my position and privileges, biases and blind spots.
Please contact me for more information and if you have any questions.
With warmth,
Kirsty (She/her)
Warmly,
