About Me

Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer. I have 14 years experience as a Therapist, and I have worked with a variety of client groups during this time. I have particular experience of working with clients struggling with work related stress, relationship issues (family, friends, colleagues, other) and people who have experienced emotional abuse/coercion and control in relationships. I am trained to work with people struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours-sometimes known as porn/sex addiction. I have worked as a Therapist in a number of voluntary sector services, Employee Assistance, Relate, the NHS and Universities. Previous to my current therapy work I worked in the community mental health sector for 9 years.

I am a qualified Relationship Therapist and an Experiential Dating Coach.
I have attended training in Group Analysis, Mentalization Based Therapy and am qualified to work with compulsive sexual behaviours- often known ass porn/sex addiction.
