I work collaboratively, responding to what you bring and to what we discover together over time. I offer a steady, attentive space where we can notice thoughts, feelings and patterns as they show up. With curiosity and support, we make room for what’s been difficult to hold alone.
My approach is integrative, informed by developmental, relational and existential thinking. I see therapy as a shared process and my learning as ongoing.
I hold a master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, London, and am registered and accredited with the UKCP.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist interested in meeting people as they are. I’m drawn to what it means to be human. Our differences, our complexities, our need for meaningful connection. I offer space you might not give yourself, where you can pause and speak more openly.
I work collaboratively with people who are carrying a lot, often more than they let others see. Together we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, giving time to what’s there so life doesn’t have to keep moving in the same way.
I’m based in London and offer individual psychotherapy sessions online, working with adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £75.
You’re welcome to get in touch. I offer a short call to see whether working together feels like a good place to begin.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
