My Approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist, drawing on existential, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches.
About Me
I trained at Regents University and the Minster Centre, and have worked in mental health charities, the NHS, in university counselling services and in private practice settings in East London and the City. Prior to my therapy training, I enjoyed a career in book publishing, and for several years I have been a therapist at the University of Cambridge Staff Counselling Centre. I have a particular interest in working with academics, researchers, and writers.
