Guided by the core values of Transactional Analysis, the values of equality and belief that everybody has the capacity to reflect, grow and create change in their lives, my approach is rooted in the belief that relationships can heal what at times may feel broken. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work and is built on non-judgment, acceptance, authenticity, compassion, and integrity. Sometimes we need to work on our relationship with ourselves; sometimes it is about allowing and trusting our relationship with others. However, on this therapeutic journey, it is not me, as the therapist, treating you; rather, the here-and-now space between us that offers co-creative opportunities to explore what you need to heal and be empowered.
As a Movement Psychotherapist, I know that movement brings you closer to your own power; more profound change happens when we listen to the body-self. In therapy, I offer space for people to explore through movement, finding in the moment what is ready to be lived.
You might be experiencing a lot of anxiety, feeling sadness or suffering from low self-esteem. Whatever your human condition, I value your uniqueness and am here to work together with you to explore what you would like to change.
"Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy relies upon the importance of the relationship between the therapist and client to enable mind, body, feeling, and soul to come together as a whole."

We start simply to build a manageable foundation with you, and from there, depending on your needs and what you want, we look more deeply into your life and consider the places you might like to go.
Psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I work in private practice and hold memberships with the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA), the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I am a highly trained Counsellor, Movement Psychotherapist and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (TA). I am genuinely passionate about helping people find their way through difficult times; I can work with a wide range of issues, but have a lot of experience with relationships, trauma, and autism. I offer therapy that is tailored to you as an individual, grounded in the belief that real, meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered. I work online and face-to-face, in one-to-one therapy and with couples.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
