I offer compassionate therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking hope, healing, and lasting change. Drawing on family therapy approaches, I provide a safe, respectful space to explore life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of communicating and coping. My aim is to walk alongside you with understanding, helping you grow in your emotional well-being, and connection with those who matter most. Alongside systemic therapy, I have training in Compassion focussed Therapy, Non violent resistance an circle of security parenting (attachment).
I have experience working as a therapist/counsellor spanning NHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health services), private practice, charity and faith-based settings. I have supported individuals, couples and families facing a wide range of personal and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, identity struggles, Inter-personal conflict and abuse.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
