My Approach

I provide a safe & compassionate space where we can explore the challenges that life brings.

The purpose of this work is to develop & reconnect you to your qualities & strengths.

I use a range of modalities from person-centred, humanistic, psychodynamic, transpersonal and life-coaching. I explore attachment patterns, impact of trauma, the role of the nervous system, as well as working creatively using art, bodywork, visualisations and working with dreams.

I work online.

The price of sessions is £90-£120.

About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. Previously, having completed a MSc in Global Politics I worked in the Civil Service and College of Law.
