I recognise the complexity of lived experience - particularly where identities intersect with systems of power, social norms, and histories of marginalisation. For me, therapy must be grounded not only in psychological insight but also in a broader cultural, social, and political context.
I specialise in transformative, in-depth work that goes beyond surface-level change. Many of my clients have been in therapy before and find themselves returning to unresolved themes. This often signals that something deeper remains unaddressed and that’s precisely where I offer support. I work relationally, meaning we explore your world together.
One of my client said: “Thank you, genuinely thank you for what you have done so far. I have seen no less than 7 therapists and some of them for over 2 years from memory. Non have even come close to what we have done. So purely from a google review style notion. You are good at what you do, and I would like you to take my thanks as an acknowledgement that all the work and studying you have undoubtedly done is affecting lives in a very positive way”.
