About Me

I am a question UKCP registered Psychotherapist, I have worked in the NHs for 40yrs , currently As a consultant psychotherapist with clients who have a diagnosis of complex emotional difficulties/ complex trauma/ personality disorder. I have many years experience working with young people & their families as well as adults with complex mental health difficulties. I am a group analyst, hence work with groups as well as individual clients. I am also trained in offering EMDR for trauma, both adults and children. I am an accredited MBT practitioner and supervisor with the Anna Freud Centre. I am a level 1 trained IFS therapist.
have a small private practice in Maidstone Kent and am an MBT and an IGA qualified supervisor. I invite a telephone discussion before a first meeting to see if I may be able to help with your difficulties.
