My Approach

I trained at WPF Therapy as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, which allows our work to explore both conscious and unconscious elements.

About Me

I completed my training in the UK but during the COVID pandemic returned to my home in Toronto, where I now work in private practice and am Vice President of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). I continue to work with patients in-person in Canada and elsewhere in the world online including the UK.

You may have questions about therapy or how we would work together and I invite you to bring those to our sessions. We would begin by reviewing what brings you to therapy now and start to identify patterns between your past and present. In time, we would understand how you navigate the world around you and through the combination of your experience and my training, our work would provide new perspectives that can offer more options for your future.

I work with a variety of experiences including anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, grief and relationship difficulties and I specialize in working with trauma. Our sessions can be short-term (8-12 weeks) or open-ended and we'll consider the best options for you in our consultation.

To schedule a free introduction call, simply send me an email to introduce yourself and I’ll reply within 48 hours.

Special Interests
