My Approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist who works through a systemic lens to best understand and support you with your relationships.
About Me
I have over 16 years' experience. Currently work in private practice and for a private school. My prior employers were with The Bank of England, NHS, Metropolitan Police, Turning Point, and Relate.
My training and work experience supports working therapeutically with children 11 to 17 years, adults, and families, as well as many years of trauma focused work with blue light, mental health, medical, and educational professionals.
