As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a range of approaches to suit each person’s unique needs. The transpersonal aspect of my work acknowledges that we are more than just our thoughts or behaviours – that many of us are searching for deeper meaning or simply a clearer sense of self.
If you're looking into psychotherapy, you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain. Psychotherapy can help you make sense of difficult feelings, patterns, or experiences, even those that have been around for years without clear explanation.
People come to therapy for many reasons: a sudden life crisis, ongoing stress, relationship or family issues, or a more general sense that something’s not quite right. Sometimes, there’s no specific problem – just a feeling that life lacks meaning or direction.
Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a space to explore, understand and move forward.
I’m a fully qualified and accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I offer a safe, compassionate and confidential space to help you explore your issues in greater depth. I’m originally from Ireland and completed a research MA exploring the male Irish drinking culture, with a particular focus on addiction and masculinity. My clinical work has given me valuable experience working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and the broader impacts of family dysfunction.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
