My Approach
My approach is collaborative, with an emphasis on the relationship between client and therapist. I offer a safe and confidential space to discover opportunities for change and to explore complex thoughts and feelings together. I work relationally, informed by different theoretical and practice traditions in transactional analysis.
About Me
I believe we all have worth and have the capacity for positive change and personal growth. I work with adults on a long-term, open-ended basis, and offer agreed time-limited sessions. I charge £90 per 50 min session for individuals and £120 per 60 min session for couples.
