My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on psychotherapy, hypno-psychotherapy and evidence-based psychological approaches. I aim to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore both current challenges and the deeper patterns that may be contributing to them.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable and successful individuals who nevertheless find themselves struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, perfectionism or a persistent sense that they are never quite enough.
Together we work towards greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and what I describe as secure striving — pursuing goals and ambitions from a place of self-worth rather than pressure or fear.
I am a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist, former international business leader and Executive Coach. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent over twenty years working in senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia.
Today I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges and the emotional pressures that can accompany success and responsibility.
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I bring extensive coaching experience and a deep interest in the psychology of achievement, identity and personal growth.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
