My Approach

My approach is holistic and grounded, integrating theoretical depth with creative tools like visualisation, breathwork, and guided imagery. I’m increasingly drawn to somatic ways of working that honour how trauma and emotion are held in the body. I support both individuls and couples in exploring identity, communication, and sexuality — including work around kink, BDSM, and shame.
Clients come to me with a wide range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, gender and sexual identity struggles, and existential or cultural challenges. Alongside my private practice, I facilitate a long-running men’s group exploring modern masculinity, generational patterns, and embodied growth.
In our work together the focus will be on understanding your experience of your world and how that affects your life.

I approach symptoms not as problems to be fixed, but as signals — invitations to understand what may be out of alignment in your life. The kind of therapy I offer is supported by mindfulness and a relational focus, which allows us to gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than offering quick solutions, I assist you in developing a deeper awareness of your inner world, so change arises organically from within.

This process can lead to greater emotional resilience, freedom from unhelpful cycles, and a renewed sense of purpose. Over time, energy that was tied up in coping or self-protection becomes available for living more fully — from a place that feels grounded, alive, and true to who you are.

About Me

I’m an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Men’s Group Facilitator, fluent in both English and Swedish. I work relationally, viewing therapy as a co-created process rooted in curiosity, intuition, and deep respect for your unique experience.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Questions of identity often emerge in therapy during times of transition, crisis, or when long-held roles no longer feel true. Whether it’s around gender, sexuality, culture, profession, family roles, or spiritual beliefs, identity can feel both like a solid anchor and a shifting landscape. I work with clients to explore who they are beneath the expectations they’ve internalised — supporting a deeper connection to their values, desires, and inner truth. I’m particularly interested in how identity intersects with belonging, power, and authenticity, and in helping clients move toward a more integrated and self-defined way of being in the world.
Relationships are at the heart of our human experience — they shape us, challenge us, and often reflect back the parts of ourselves that are still longing for attention or healing. Whether it’s a romantic partnership, family bond, friendship, or the relationship we have with ourselves, these dynamics can bring both profound connection and deep wounding. I support clients in exploring patterns that emerge in relationships, including attachment styles, communication difficulties, conflict, boundary issues, and emotional caretaking. I’m particularly interested in how early relational experiences influence our adult connections, and in helping clients move toward relationships that are more conscious, authentic, and life-enhancing.
Sexuality holds a particular interest for me, not only because it is fundamental to our existence, but also because it so often carries layers of complexity, shame, and silence. I see sexuality as a vital and life-affirming force, yet one that can be shaped and constrained by personal history, culture, trauma, and relational dynamics. In my work, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their sexual selves — whether that means healing wounds, understanding desires, navigating relationships, or making sense of confusion. I am especially interested in how sexuality connects to identity, embodiment, power, and intimacy, and in supporting clients to find greater freedom, integration, and choice in this realm of life.
