There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing—each person’s journey is unique. I’m deeply committed to understanding how you experience the world, and I believe that meaningful inner work creates ripples of change in every area of life. My practice is particularly attuned to trauma recovery and inner-child healing, and I often draw on creative approaches to support the process. I work relationally and in depth, offering a steady presence for those seeking longer-term therapy and lasting transformation.
I’m a real and grounded therapist—attuned, empathetic, and unafraid to gently challenge where it serves the work. I invite you to come as you are—there’s no need to perform or polish. Clients often say they feel safe to show up fully with me—messy parts and all. Before training as a therapist, I worked as a teacher and foster parent—roles that taught me how to hold space for others with steadiness and care. I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience, and my practice reflects that—offering a space where you can be seen, understood, and supported as you make sense of your story.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
