You might be here because of a life event, or perhaps you're experiencing a sense of unease or being stuck that’s hard to explain. You may even find yourself minimising your experience or doubting whether it’s “enough” to seek help. That’s okay. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong to begin therapy. I offer a space where we can explore what’s happening for you—together, at a pace that feels right.
While we’ll focus on your present-day experiences, our work may also explore how your past influences what’s happening now. Therapy with me is always collaborative, with your experience at the centre.
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting. To help with this, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and how we might work together.
If you decide to proceed, we’ll arrange sessions either face-to-face (at NG17) or online, depending on your preference.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support our work. I believe that we are all primed for growth given supportive conditions. At the heart of my practice is the fundamental human need for relationship—and how our relationships shape our development and experience of the world.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
