My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and the ability to reflect safely. I aim to create a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships openly.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual experiences and needs—whether you're looking to understand long-standing patterns, improve communication in your relationships, or find practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, or low mood.
I work actively with clients to explore patterns, develop emotional resilience, and support lasting personal and relational change.
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering in-person therapy in West Hampstead, London, and online therapy across the UK. I work with individuals seeking support with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, family issues, and life transitions.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent over 22 years in corporate leadership, coaching, and people management, giving me a deep understanding of workplace stress, burnout, and the impact of professional pressures on wellbeing and relationships. My experience of raising children and teenagers also informs my work with clients navigating the emotional demands of family life.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful therapeutic space.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
