My Approach

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic perspectives to respond to your individual needs. These include person-centred, psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies, constructivist CBT and compassion-focused practices.

Our work begins with what matters to you. Together, we may explore how past experiences influence your present relationships, how you make sense of yourself and the world, and what happens when difficult feelings arise. We can also attend to your experience in the moment, including emotions, thoughts and bodily sensations, to help you recognise needs and patterns that may be difficult to put into words.

I place particular importance on the therapeutic relationship. I aim to work collaboratively, with warmth, curiosity and respect, so that you feel heard and able to explore difficult experiences without judgement. Depending on your needs, therapy may involve deeper reflection, practical ways of managing difficulties, or both.

My aim is to support greater self-understanding, emotional awareness and choice, helping you find ways of living and relating that feel more meaningful to you.

About Me

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and founder of Heart Mind Body. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, explore what is troubling you and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and questions around identity. You may be facing a particular challenge, feeling caught in recurring patterns, or finding it difficult to understand or express your emotions. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can explore it together at your own pace.
I hold an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Newman University. My background also includes teaching meditation and compassion-based practices, which informs my interest in helping people relate to themselves with greater kindness and understanding.

I offer in-person sessions in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, and online across the UK.
