My approach is warm, collaborative and relational. I work mainly from a Transactional Analysis perspective, while also drawing on other ways of working where helpful.
Together, we can explore what may be happening beneath the surface, including patterns in how you think, feel and relate to others. We may look at how earlier experiences are affecting you now, while also focusing on what you would like to change in the present.
I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. I aim to work in a way that feels relevant to you, helping you develop greater understanding, choice and freedom in your life.
I’m a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Certified Transactional Analyst and BACP Accredited Counsellor, offering short- and long-term therapy.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low, stuck in difficult relationship patterns, or trying to make sense of experiences from your past. You might also be going through a period of change, or simply feel that something in your life needs to be different.
I offer a warm and thoughtful space where you can talk openly and at your own pace. As a Black male therapist, I’m also mindful of how identity, culture, difference and belonging can shape our experiences and relationships.
