Jennifer takes a holistic and integrative approach to work with young people and their families; meaning she has a combined therapeutic model which enables multiple therapies to interact to be most beneficial to the young person. Some of these schools of therapy include relational attachment, psychodynamic, humanistic and transpersonal psychotherapy. All therapy modalities are underpinned by research a science.
When working with the young person some of the techniques they may experience with Jennifer include, body, breath and dream, or any form of creative arts possible such as movement, music, visual arts and more.
Jennifer’s holistic approach recognises the totality of the young person in development and through the therapeutic experience allows her to tailor her approach to best suit each individual she is working with.

Jennifer’s professional training in somatic awareness, creative arts, sleep & dreams, family work and body and breath techniques allows a fully holistic approach supporting the totality of the young person’s bio-psycho-social-spiritual development.
Jennifer is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, London; where she trained in clinical Psychotherapy and later became a visiting tutor.
Jennifer specialises in both acute, pervasive and intergenerational trauma and takes a special interest in offering therapy to young people within pre and post organ transplant health care.
Jennifer is a psychosomatic practitioner and specialises in the neurobiology of the unconscious body-mind system. She has extensive experience working with young people, families, caregivers and systems of support around a child such as school staff, health staff, sports coaches, or other. Jennifer also has years of experience understanding and supporting young people or families with Neurodiversity.
Prior to her work as a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist, Jennifer has a background in performing arts, somatic movement and child development and she utilises these modalities in her therapy with young people where suitable for them.
Jennifer is a Transplant Athlete and cyclist for Team GB and received the world champion title for women’s 39–39 cycling from The World Transplant Games 2023.
Jennifer is a sleep and dream specialist and has helped develop research in Lucid Dreaming for transforming nightmares and as a treatment for PTSD symptoms.
As well as offering a private practice for young people and their families, Jennifer consults organisations, groups and individuals in how to use body, breath, sleep and dreams for positive development and optimal health & wellbeing.
She is a published writer and her casework with young people has been used for several academic books and journals.
