UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
My practice is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and structure, with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, meaning-making, and sustainable change. In our work together, we gently challenge unhelpful patterns, explore the beliefs that keep them in place, and support the development of greater emotional flexibility, confidence, and clarity. I aim to create a therapeutic space that is both relational and boundaried, one that respects complexity rather than rushing resolution.
I am particularly passionate about working with members of Creative, Neurodiverse, FLINTA, and BIPOC populations, and with people whose lives or identities sit outside dominant norms. I see therapeutic work as both deeply personal and contextual, shaped by culture, power, and lived experience.
Fees are as follows:
1 Session: 120 EUR (Includes 19% VAT)
5 Session package: 550 EUR (110 EUR per session, Includes 19% VAT)
Integrative Psychotherapy. Accredited by UKCP, EMDRIA, and Addiction Professionals UK.
I offer integrative psychotherapy, supporting adults who are navigating trauma, addiction, neurodiversity and patterns of nervous system dysregulation. My practice utilises Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Based in Berlin, I collaborate internationally and draw on trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT-informed frameworks.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
