Welcome, I’m Jen Black, an Integrative Practitioner accredited by UKCP. Based in Berlin, I work with adults internationally who are navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, neurodivergence, burnout, relationshipchallenges, and major life transitions. Combining trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, I support clients in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.
In our sessions, you’ll find a blend of curiosity and compassion with structured, goal-oriented work. Together, we'll explore unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and others. We’ll build emotional intelligence, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life with more clarity and simplicity.
I see this work as both creative and contextual, and I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, as well as members of FLINTA and BIPOC communities. I follow the UKCP code of ethics and standards, continuously developing my practice under the guidance of a UKCP supervisor.
