About Me

Hello - I'm a fully-qualified UKCP & BACP-registered psychotherapist with over 10 years' experience. I offer weekly therapy in Honor Oak Park to individuals and couples. I also offer intensive couples therapy, which takes place over two consecutive Fridays. There's lots more about me and the way that I work on my website - please do check it out. I decided to train as a counsellor following my time as a volunteer at the Central London Samaritan. In addition to my private practice, I've worked as a counsellor in low-cost counselling services in Queen's Park and Waterloo. Prior to my therapy training, I was a journalist in London. I have a Master's Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. I also hold a BA (Hons) in Religious Studies, and an MA in English Literature.

My Approach

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches. This gives me breadth and flexibility so that I can tailor sessions to each client.

I have experience working with diverse presentations, including clients suffering from depression, trauma, loneliness and anxiety; issues around sexuality and gender; low libido, affairs and divorce; eating disorders, disordered eating and fatphobia; climate anxiety; chronic illness; and those coming to terms with late-diagnosed neurodivergence or other complex diagnoses.
