My Approach

My training and background have prepared me to work with a wide range of concerns and difficulties and I will work with whatever you choose to bring. I have experience in the following areas: anxiety, depression, sexuality, the intersection of mind and body, addiction, relationship issues and work-related problems. I have a particular interest in trauma and the impact of our earliest experiences - how they shape our ways of being in the world and affect our relationships.

About Me

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults, once weekly, in London Bridge and Brixton, south London. I trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) and WPF Therapy. Earlier in my career I worked in parliament then corporate communications.
