About Me

I am a Jungian Analyst working in Northampton and online. I also teach Authentic Movement and am on the Faculty of the Circles of Four which is Janet Adler's programme for training to become a teacher of the Discipline of Authentic Movement. I am also a qualified Focusing Trainer which is a tool for working with the 'felt sense' of our moment to moment experiences..
